They have a big arts and crafts show one Saturday each month during the summer.
This property is in the Wayne National Forest area, and some of the 420 acres is adjacent to Zaleski State Forest and AEP Poston Public Hunting and Recreation Area. From this property you have easy access to thousands of acres of public land. The Forests are so big that you should bring a GPS and a compass just in case you miss a turn on your trail. The mineral rights are included with the property title, so only you can decide whether you want to lease if the opportunity arises.
